加拿大进出口外贸急求回复!客户要求降价

这个是我们以前的一个老客户,客户要求降价,但是我们今年的劳动力成本上涨,普工的加班费用上调和工资,我们又想留住客户,想按以前的价格来做,如果真的要降价,我们要求从原来的两款各2K 上调到各款3K.应该怎么跟客户解释比较好呢,最好就是英文回复哦.我一会也把自己的写出来,希望大家给点意见哦,谢谢大家了

Thank you for your letter dated February 1,2012 and for your continued confidence is us.
we feel it necessary to point out that the prices of the raw materials have been raised ,so we can’t accept the price HP10 1.73USD and HP20 2.57USD,would you please accept our origin price (HP10 1.75USD and HP20 2.6USD )each model by 2K? This our last confirm price .
If you can increase the quatity by 3K, we can submit to the price HP10 1.73USD and HP20 2.57 .

客户的回复,他们之前两款下单各1K,后来我们需要增加到2K,现在增回了2K,可是想少两分和三分,看来客户有点生气了!郁闷
Please understand that we are only asking for 2 cents and 3 cents for these two models, for compromising we doubled the QTY from last time. This is a fair enough support that you should give to us.



We are risking the high stock rate to do business with you, we need to convince Sweden side with reasonable chips to double the QTY. Please check internally and support us to finalize this order asap. The more time we spend on the discussion process, the less sales we could gain from market and the more stock we may get, this would hurt the benefits on both sides.

Thank you for your reply dated ***. We are so sorry to inform you that your price is really unacceptable since the raw material and human costs have been raised a lot recently. Our bottom price is HP10 1.73USD and HP20 2.57USD. Your price is accetable only when your order 3K for each type. This is the most we can accept, we do hope you can reconsider it seriously.

Thanks for your support again  .While we appreciate your cooperation, we regret to say that we can’t reduce our price any further. We only accept our origin price (HP10 1.75USD and HP20 2.6USD )each model by 2K.
Our price is very reasonable.I hope you can understand our situation .As you know ,FOB LCL stuffing charges is higher .
The delivery time on Mar. 10th, 2012 is no problem .I think we can meet your requirement.

Hope you can consider our price again .

however, it's just not the right timing for this
labor cost in china keeps rising
almost everything outside is rising
thanks for your understanding
同时个人认为提高MOQ并不是一个好的方法
毕竟客户要多买东西 有个风险在里面
