事件原因：我们7月的时候从泰国进口了一批木凳，收货的时候发现被白蚁蛀了。应该是熏蒸效果不好。我们就要求供应商以后要在外箱上开一个硬币大小的洞，便与蒸汽进入，更好的达到熏蒸效果。但是后面的两批货没发现纸箱上有洞。所以要和供应商沟通。1.当初为了达到更好的熏蒸效果，曾要求在以后的订单产品的外箱上要打一个硬币大小的洞，为什么现在收到的货物外箱仍是完整的？为什么供应商没有按我们的要求执行,还是有更好的替代方法？
2.对于同批货品，泰国QC验货报告上湿度平均在10度左右，中国QC验货报告上湿度均高于标准值14度，最高达到19度，烦请两岸QC告知造成如此大的差距的原因通常有哪些。
3.泰国QC通常会在何时何地进行验货，对于检查出来的问题产品是否会挑选出来，一般做何处理，供应商会提供良品替代吗？

We have requested you to drill a coin-sized hole on the outside carton of the future orders for better fumigation results,surprisingly,we still found out that the goods received as they were before(outside cartons were still intact).Would you mind looking into this case and advising why the supplier did not do it per our request or do they have any alternative ways better than our proposal?

For the same batch of merchandise,the QC inspection report from Thailand shows that the average humidity is around 10degrees while the QC report in China shows that the humidity is 14degrees higher than the standard value on average,and
even it's 19degrees higher in some extreme cases.Could the QC authorities from Thailand and China inform what would be the reaons causing such a big difference in the QC report results?
3.泰国QC通常会在何时何地进行验货，对于检查出来的问题产品是否会挑选出来，一般做何处理，供应商会提供良品替代吗？
Normally,when and where the QC authority in Thailand inspects the merchandise?Will they pick out those not up to the standard?How do they deal with those inferior merchandise?Will the supplier provide qualified substitute?
