It's regret to hear that you are going to cancel this order,but we have received you comfirmation on Oct.28th, all the materials are arranged & goods are under production. Could you pls no to cance this order ? Thank you for your understanding.

How surprised to hear the news that you are going to cancel this order. As you know, we got your approvel for the samples on Oct. 28. we asked the factory to arrange the mass production from that time. What's more, all the material are ready now. Can you kindly continue the order? Otherwise, all of us will lose a lot of money. Thanks for your understanding in advance.

确定订单的时候没有收定金吗？有没有签订合同呢？你材料都备好了，最好说服他不要取消，延期都行。
We feel very shock about you wanted to cancel this order. Would you pls tell us what happened in your side ? in fact, we already prepared all materials for bulk after you cfm sample. Pls cfm again if we can go ahead for bulk now or we hold waiting for your information ? Looking foward to your prompt reply. Tks.
