------------最近看了比较多的外贸英语和经理让我联系老客人的一点总结,希望对大家有所帮助,A 自从收到贵方上次的订单已经有几个月.由于销售季节临近,我想知道您是否需要为下个季节补进一些货物呢?
It is several months since we had the pleasure of having your last order.As the selling season is drawing near,we should like to know if
you would replenish your requirement with any quatity for the coming season.
B 自收到贵方上次陶瓷订单以来,已经有相当长的时间了.我们不愿意看到象您这样的老客户不象过去那样经常订购该产品.请告诉我们是否您在推销我们产品方面存在什么障碍,以便我方设法给予更好的合作.
It is quite a long time since we received your last order for recamic,As it is against our will to see that our old customers like you shouldbuy this articles not so regularly as in the past,we should like to be infromed wether there is any barrier to the sales of our products

D过去一段时间里双方之间曾经有过良好的业务关系,尽管由于这样那样的原因而中断,但是我们感到如果现在能在平等互利的基础上采取措施恢复业务关系,这将对双方都有利.
We refer to the pleasant business relations beteen us for some time in the past,Despite the fact that this has been interrupted for
some reason or other,We feel that it will be mutual and advantage steps are now taken to renew the business relations on the basis oof the equality and mutual benefit.
E 我们很高兴地看到以往您曾向我公司订购过陶瓷产品.鉴于当时情况.业务关系中断了不少的时间,但是我们感到如果双方能够主动采取措施恢复业务联系,则将对我们彼此匀有利.

顺便问一下,楼主是否用过上面的这些句子询问过客人,那么,客人对这样的信反应如何?我以前也曾经发过类似的信去问客人,但大多数信是石沉大海,让我郁闷不已,期待和楼主进一步讨论.

基本上用过,但是对不同客人发不同的邮件的.不能千变一律的发.老客人嘛,有的回复的,有的就没有了.
但是如果产品好的话,有市场的话,基本上都是有翻单的.做为外贸人就是要顶住压力.坚持是关键.
