Limitations of Agreement. 这里是写保密协议的局限性 比较专业 也没有上下文 我大概能懂 但是不好表达
大意就是这 A B C 三个条件下 保密协议无效
A)XX位于不正当的角色 或者有共谋啥的
B)捆绑了共同利益啥的
C)协议中规定了XX责任
太专业了 妈的

.....this Agreement are not subject to any privilege will not, by itself, render this Agreement null and void as to any other Joint Defense Materials exchanged pursuant to this Agreement and not subject to such judicial determination.
