我要发TNT给客户寄样品，客户已经把到付账号给我了，但是TNT说这个账号属于一般用户账号，需要客户联系他们那边TNT，然后他们那边TNT发调货通知给我们这边TNT，TNT才能上我们这边提货。如何用英语跟客户解释，求助~评论
Dear ..,
I have called our local TNT office with the account as provided.TNT informed me that freight collect service is not available
with your account due to the limitation of service granted to your account.
The only way for us to dispatch the goods to you via freight collect is to have you inform your local TNT office and make a
pick up reservation.Then your local TNT office will inform their counterpart here in China for the pick up service.
I am sorry for the trouble,please take necessary measures as informed so that we could courier the samples to you
immediately.
