我理解的是：
从出货日算起，30天之内，银行会将预付的全部货款打到供应商的账户。
简单来说，需要在出货前预付全部货款给银行，但是银行打给供应商是在出货后30天之内吧。
如果是全部预付的条件，那么供应商就按出货资料的条件出货了。
我不是搞外贸的，还是需要其它大侠确认啦。
