Employer agrees that in the event Executive is or becomes a party to or witness or other participant in, or is threatened to be made a party to or witness or other participant in, any threatened, pending or completed action, suit, or any investigation or proceeding by reason of (or arising in part out of) the fact Executive is, was or has agreed to serve in an advisory capacity, Employer will indemnify Executive to the fullest extent authorized by law, against any and all claims, costs, losses, expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, judgments, fines, penalties and amounts paid in settlement (including all interest, assessments and other charges paid or payable in connection with or in respect of such losses and expenses) of such claim, whether or not such claim proceeds to judgment or is settled or otherwise is brought to a final disposition.主要是雇佣外国顾问的合同，在涉及到案件方面的赔偿条款...已经有道很久...论坛淘了很久..CNKI学术翻译也尝试了，小弟不才，着实无法理解，还烦请各位大神帮忙下...主要是红色部分，若可以的话能否将整段帮忙翻译下

雇主同意，如管理者是或成为任何一个要挟进行的、正进行的或已终止的起诉、诉讼、调查或法律程序的诉讼当事人、证人或其他诉讼参与人，或被胁迫成为其中的诉讼当事人、证人或其他诉讼参与人，是因为（或部分原因是）管理者是或曾经是顾问，或同意担当顾问一职。雇主将在法律规定的最大程度内赔偿管理者所有费用、花费、损失和支出，包括律师费和其他花费、审判费、罚款，纠纷解决中产生的罚款和支出（包括利息、评估费和其他与该损失和支出相关或有关的应付费用），不论该纠纷是否进入审判程序，是否被解决，也不管其是否得到最终处理。
