求助，各位这个得怎么说才能让客户明白？很抱歉因为我的工作失误将我公司的帐号给你写错了，今天我们收到我们银行的电话说，有一款应该是我们公司的汇款，但是我司帐号不对，所以暂时无法入到我司的帐上。需要麻烦你在您汇款的所在行发一个帐号更改函给我司银行，我司正确的帐号应该为XXXXX，为此给您带来的不便深表歉意！

I received the call from my bank today that my company account is failed to receive the money transmitted from your company. which caused by a pen slip mistake I made last time (I gave you the wrong acount information ). now the only way to solve this problem is to ask your bank to send a letter with revised account information to my bank . the correct one information is :********

I am awfully sorry that our company's account no. that I have given to you was wrong due to my mistake. I got a call from our bank today which advised us we have one remittance, but it can
not be entered in our account because of the wrong account no. Therefore, we kindly request
you to inform your paying bank to send a account no. changing letter to our bank. Our correct
no. is XXXXXXX. Sorry again for the inconvenient.

But the benificary account no is not right as my careless. I am very sorry about it. Could you please kindly ask your bank send a official beneficiary correction letter to our bank. Thanks for your help.
