亲爱的.. ,首先，我司非常感谢贵司的信任与支持，也期待未来更多的合作。同时，也希望提供更好的价格，帮助贵司在市场销售更具有竞争力，但是，我想说明的是，我司的产品都是纯手工制造而成，不是机器，尤其是上面的花纹，每个小孔都是工人一个接着一个做出来，一个产品小孔的数量高达上千个，其花费的时间及劳动成本可想而知。正因为如此，很多客户非常钟意我司的产品，更觉得他们具有极高的潜在价值。再者，今年原材料持续上涨，煤气价格更是比以往上涨了20%不止， 迫使我司不得不在价格方面慎重考虑，以提供比竞争者更低的价格去吸引客户，获取合作的机会。所以，你可以对比一下其他供应商的价格，服务等。。。
当然，我司会再次重现审查报价，但是下降调整的幅度不会很大，望理解

At the same time , our hope is to provide better prices to you , to help your get better competitive, but , I would like to state that our products were made by hands totally , not made by machine , especially the pattern on the shape , the hole was made by hand one by one , the number of holes for each piece is as high as thousand , the time and labor cost for it is quite large , because of this , many customer are very fond of our products , most of them think that they have high potential value...Moreover , the material cost is raising continually , gas price rose by 20% than last year , to push for more suitable cooperation opportunity , the prices we quoted to every customer always very earnestly , calculating carefully , so , you can compare our prices ,quality with other competitors , as well as service …Well , we will return to examine our quotation again, but the extent of low down will not big , hope you can understand
关于这8款产品独家销售权，D..和L 是按照贵司要求修改，我司可以允诺不会卖给其他客户，以保护贵司的销售市场，但是剩下的款式，恐怕无法答应贵司的要求，因为之前和现在都有客户向我司下单，欧洲市场也已经有在销售，请谅解
Relating to the exclusive for these 8 items , D… and L ,which was modified as per your request , we can grant you not to sell to other customer , to protect your market , but for others , I’m afraid that we cannot meet your request , because of before and now other of our customer also order them ,相信欧洲市场已经有在销售了
目前，我司正处于发展阶段，很多设备场地尚未充足，有望明年新厂房的竣工，届时完成之后投入生产，产量将大大提高3倍不止，届时可以更好地安排生产，及时交付货物
At present , we are in the stage of development , in difficult of shortage of equipment and workshop , expect to new workshop building ( (around 16,000.00 square meter) , will be completed in the new year , when it finish , the output will improve more than 3 times, then we can arrange production better, deliver the goods timely

We will try our best to provide as favorable prices for you as we can, so as to help you be more competitive in the market if possible. However, there are a few things that I would like to point out. First, our products were totally made by hand in stead of machine, especially the holes on the patterns of each shape. Since the holes were made by hand one by one, and there are thousands of holes on each shape, you can imagine that the time and labor cost is quite large. Therefore, many customers are very fond of our products, and most of them think that our products are of high potential value at the market. Second, with the material cost raising continually in the past one year, especially the gas price which has been risen by 20% than last year , we have to quote to every customer very earnest prices after careful calculation in order to win more opportunities than our competitiors. You can compare our prices, quality and service with other suppliers. Of course, we will also reexamine our quotation, but the extent of lowing down may not be large. Looking forward for your understand and support.

That is why many customers loves our products and thought they are high potential value...Moreover , material cost is raising continually , only gas price rose by 20% than last year. for futher cooperation, our quotation is reasonable & calculating carefully . If possible you could compare our prices ,quality with others , as well as service …whatever, quotation will be adjusted evenif not much discount , but we will do whatever we could. hope to get your understand.

Our factory is in expension currently , the output will improve more than 3 times after our new factory finished (around 16,000.00 square meter) at the end of this year ,by then we could arrange production and delivery timely
