最近供应商非常忙碌，希望你可以先付款30%这样我们就可以为你安排生产，生产时间会比较长一些的大约需要10个工作日（你需要的口味比较多颜色种类也多），然后这两天我们尽快吧设计定好。关于设计你最好是给我发送一个样本。
过年之前2月9号，如果没有生产好发货给你，下一批货将会在2月18号之后才可以开始生产了。

As our supplier is quite busy with their orders recently,we sincerely hope that you could put down 30% deposit so
that we could start to arrange the production for you.We will need to have around 10working days to finish those items
with more tastes,colors and varieties.We will finish the designing part in the next couple of days.
We would prefer to have you send us a reference for the design.
As Feb 9 is Chinese New Year's Eve,we could only start for the next order until after Feb 18 if we could finish the order
before this holiday.

I am sorry to inform you that recently our production line is on tight schedule, and we hope that you can T/T 30% advance. We will conduct the production immediately we receive the deposit. Considering the tastes and the colors you need are various, the time of the production would be long, 10 working days or so. Therefore, we should make everything better ASAP. As to the design of products, you'd better send the design sample to us so that we can arrange the mass production as per it. If the delivery is not made before 9 February, the next production will be arranged after 18 February. If you have any problems, do not hesitate to contact us. W look forward to u early reply.

在我没有看楼上的翻译的情况下，给老兄翻译了一下，翻译完之后然后看了看楼上的翻译，感觉自己的语言过于繁琐，还是不够地道，还是用楼上的老兄，献丑了。

楼上翻译的差不多，但是看完感觉客户会有个疑问：工厂忙跟付订金有直接关系吗？楼主是想催订单，个人觉得生产忙这句完全可以去掉，直接说，we could only start production after 30% deposit received. The lead time is 10 working days. Pls confirm and arrange deposit at the soonest.
Production would be delayed to later February if we could not receive deposit before the end of January.
Pls send the final design to us before 25th. Thanks.
最好给客户排一个时间表，这样比较明确，最怕的是客户对时间没概念，一直拖，到最后单子落不下来，毕竟不是自己的母语，沟通起来还是尽量明确一点，免得耽误事情。
