Preface:many people start a career with a dream, then get busy forgetting it .
When i was ten years, i wanted to be a teacher, because they can teach us,they have much knowledge. And the important thing is they have right to order us do home work,
On that time , it was often in my thought, i studied harder than others .
However , when i studied in middle school , i changed it , my frist time touched english was in grade one , i couldn't understand what did my teacher said , she asked me question ,i didn't give her answer ,then she let me stood until hers permission,she yelling at me"how stupid you are ! I told you this answer before,what did yo do just now ? " my classmates laughed at me,that is made me shame, so i ran out classroom and cried .From then on , i hate her . In my book she is unkindly ,unreliable ........ i always slept in her's class.
Now , i am work in trade company , english become my work language ,i need talk with my foreign customers , i want to improve my english ,i hope so much that i can speak a beautiful english . i regret hate that teacher who was punished me before. This made me despise myself for i did not study hard .my foreign customers said to me that my english so poor , i felt sad never before had i ever had such a feeling . So , i envy people who is can speak english well .
I tried many ways to change it .like writing daily, watching foreign movies , listening english songs .
But , i still "Chian English" I even don't know how to use grammar. It is so shame.
I'd highly appreciate if some one can do some thing for me improve english.

上面的确有些语法错误，不过做贸易的不是很注重这些语法，自己讲的客人能听懂就可以了，语法其实可以自学的，买本有关语法的书，没多大问题，加油楼主

我特别是在写邮件时，因为书面语跟口语毕竟不一样嘛，如果你语法好的詻，你本来可以用一句话就能描述完，可我偏偏要用很多简单句子去说，这样很累的。而且显的整篇文章杂碎。没有主旨。冗长。
打个比方说“如果贵司可以承担额外的费用，我们就同意按这种方式出此柜” 一般会这样写“we agree with this way to ship the goods if you can pay extra charges"
我就会把它分开一半一半的，像这样“ If you can pay the extra charges for us , and then we will according to this way to shipp them."
所以我发现有时候 不仅仅是分成一半一半的话，甚至要分成三四句才能说完的那种感觉。
整个邮件就只看到 YOU ， WE .... IF ,... THEN ,...

我的英语也不好，当初就是没有好好学，不过你写的我看着感觉很通顺，也许这就是咱俩的共同之处，中国式英语吧！

But when I grew up to middle school, everything changed. I learnt English for the first time. I couldn't understand what my English teacher said no matter how har I've tried. I was been asked a question that I didn't know the answer. My teacher blamed me on that and was yelled at me said I was a stupid.

Now , i am work in trade company ,
I‘m work in a trading company now.
english become my work language ,i need talk with my foreign customers , i want to improve my english ,i hope so much that i can speak a beautiful english .
Engilish becomes a necessity of my work. I have to improve my poor Engilish since every customer spaeks English.
