As you know that we are buying this machine with our loan, there is a remaining amount from the loan after buying the ***** and With this remaining amount and adding more money from us to this amount, is there any possible way that you could sell us a second ****of 20 Ton for us when we pay you an amount that you specify that is a little lower than the original amount of the*****. The remaining payment can be paid by us within sixty days or sooner if you want, after starting our business. We can provide you a guarantee if you desire.
We would be very glad if you are able to accept this proposal of ours or or offer us a counter proposal of you choice, which would benefit both the companies.

我觉得是：你的客户说用另一个相关财产做抵押，正在等银行回复。
另一个建议就是说他的抵押里面除了第一台机器还有一些剩余款，现在想再加一点钱买第二台机器，说你们当时承诺若买第二台价格会比第一台低一点。
问你们能否接受这个建议或者你们可以提供更好的建议，对双方都有利。
还有别的解释么？ 具体不知道详情，供你参考吧。。

这个事情你应该跟客户确认好，你就写avoid misundstanding，再把你的理解跟客户说一遍不就行了，老外的思维有时候和我们是不太一样，还是解释清楚比较好。。

当你们收到款项并且得知缺少差额的时候，我们会尽快在60天内付清该差额。

客户说的60天后面还有一句
after starting our business 这个没有一个具体时间点
所以说60天内并没有准确的一个时间界定
