求高手翻译下面内容：贵公司于2012年7月14日从我司购买204件（51000套）餐盘，总金额：$10000美金，并且已付订金$3000美金，此订单至今已有10个月，给我司奖金和仓库带来一定的压力，现我司正式通知贵司，希望贵司在2013年5月30号前提货，逾期不提，将被视为贵公司自动放弃这批货物，本公司有权自行处理此批货物，没收定金，并向贵公司收取一定的经济损失费。
此文件正式有效，具有法律效力。

Dear Sir/Madam,
There was a back order for 204sets(51,000.00pcs in total) of dinning plates totalling US$10,000.00 as issued by your
company on July 14,2012.We have received US$3,000.00 as down payment for this order,however,we have yet to receive
balance payment of US$7,000.00 from you to close this deal.As you could tell, this order has not only,taken up a lot of our cash flow,but also,created problem for our warehousing as it's been nearly 10months since this order was placed.
Under these circumstances,we hereby formally notify your company that this order to be paid off and picked up
by May 30,2013.If you failed to meet with your obligations within the deadline as informed,we will regard that you have
abandoned the ownership to this order and we will handle this order at our disposal accordingly.
The earlier US$3,000.00 deposit will be confiscated and we reserve our rights to launch a claim on you for other
economical losses arisen hereof.
This is a formal notice with legal effectiveness.
