加拿大进出口外贸求解，这个非洲客户是想要免费的样品吗，是不是骗子

thanks a lot we have seen your products, they are good. mr frank this is to your notice that we are into this business for couple of years even before coming in contact with you.30 pers is ok for initial deposit. but, we cannot send any money without seeing first what we buy this is because africa means of business transactions has changed people see what they buy first to know the quality and standard mostly here in west african countries
    if you know that that company belongs to mr frank or your in charge we would like you without minding to prove to us that you are in charge. send us just few samples of it to compare and contrast free of charge

是不是非洲的惯用骗术

后面跟他说了如果诚意的话  可以将样品费返还的 加运费1000多RMB吧 后面他又给我回了下面一段

   ask any black man in west africa about us he will tell you that we are not sample hunters but real business people. we did it to many in asia they co operated with us and we are into joint business venture we have not done business with you neither have you done to us. the sample is the mediator between you and us if we see it no matter how much you spent cannot be regreted in life.we have branches and show rooms that we market this products we are not going to sell it at all.. truly we cannot pay any money before seeing your products unless you want to do business with us..just try us and see if we can fail you

骗术说不上，只不过客户不付样品费的理由说得有点牵强
不是很放心的客户还是象征性地收一点。

不止是非洲那边，很多客户理所当然想拿到免费的样品，但站在我们的角度上看，这间接提高了我们无形的成本，一般情况下，已经长期合作关系的客户，才有可能给他寄免费的样品，另外如果样品的价值不高，新客户很有诚意想要合作的话，也可以考虑考虑，但多数情况下还是要看你公司是怎样规定的

不能说是骗术吧， 全世界的买家都想要免费的样品的。 反过来想一下如果你是买方也不会不看到实物就把30%的订金付出去吧。 寄不寄看一下样品价值高不高， 如果不高这个客户成功的可能性又比较高的话可以考虑免费给样品。 或者折中一下让对方先付款样品费， 确定有订单后在订单的货款那里退回样品费给他看行不行。

同意4楼的，如果真有诚意的，可以先收样品费然后在下单后返还给客户，相互合作。
