今天收到客户邮件，说是需要我们提供一个Declaration.所以我写了一个手稿，求大神翻译。具体内容如下：
XXX模具的所有权归***先生所有。并且***先生有权利在任何时间从我公司取走XXX模具，到意大利自行生产。也有权利重新把模具反送回我公司，让我公司代为生产，我公司也会无条件接受。当然，所有运费需要***先生自己支付。
求FOB 大神好好组织一下语言，要铿锵有力，要很官方。

Mr.xx shall possess the ownership of the mould.Mr.XX has the right to take the mould away from our compay at any time,then do the self-production in Italy.He also can return the mould to our company for production.We will unconditionally accept this.
