7.2 Any breach of the contractual obligations shall entitle a conscientious party to impose a penalty onto a party in fault., i.e.:• in case of delay in payment 0.5 per cent of a sum of payments due though delayed for every day of delay;
• in case of delay in delivery 0.5 per cent of a contractual value of the Goods that have been failed to be delivered in proper time for every day of delay.

对于任何违反合同义务的行为,尽责方有权向过错方征收罚金，如
如发生延期付款，从延期后__天开始按日征收货款总额的0.5%，直至延期行为结束。
如未能及时交货，对于在适当时间内，未能按时交付的货物，按日征收其合同金额的0.5%。
