Daily English-02.28Today is rainy in the morning.
All day is overcast.
Start work from 9:00 AM , and off work at 18:00.
I am always keep staying in the office for 9 hours above per day.
My job responsibility is to develop the marketing of Led lights in Russia. .
It`s not easy for me , I am almost know nothing of Russian.
All the words just like the astronomical sign
Also when enter the key words in the search engine as google/yahoo ect.
You can find nothing original from Russian , just full of the chinese factory/company (70% from shenzhen/Guangdong ).
I have to admire their network promotion of product/marketing .
Actually ,I was stay in shenzhen for 5 years .so I know clearly the ruthlessness of competition .
There are almost 5k-6k factories of Led production there in shenzhen .
Average 2-5 oversea sales per . So it`s a large number of sales person -10K-30k .
I always feel so serious and stressed once i though of this.
"Make yourself improve everyday ,then you can say you are self-confident in this Area. " ----- warning for myself.

Daily English-02.29
It is cloudy today.
A good news for me in the morning, i got the enquire from one of my Russian customer.
It`s a quality inquire that regrading my advantage product- led panel lights.
But still can know nothing from the website because i can`t understand their Language.
Also found nothing interrelated with my product. So Is it a lucky or unlucky??
Anyway, i made an offer very carefully and changed to the type of PDF, then sent by email.
After a long long long waiting ,i got the reply from the far far away country .
But i am not happy because i just got other`s quotation cheaper than me from my customer.
He told me here was the cheaper price with the almost same specification and standard.
So i must to think more about how to persude him to trust me and accept my higher price .
Usually ,It `s the normal thing for a sales man that can met 2 times per day as average.
I think i should study the different quotations and prices, Then i can get the answer to reply the customer.
Yes, Such is this. What i need , first and foremost, is to learn ,to lean and to learn.
"One is never too old and too late to learn. Come on!"

Daily English-03.01
Today is rainy day and the heavy rain in the afternoon.
The first day of March.
A little free because not so much enquires today.
I have a long discussing with my engineer this morning.
We try the best to find out the price difference between my offer and others.
After a hard working study , We got the answer to reply my Russian customer.
Total 3 points of the differnce , so i can make sure it`s the different price level of quality.
Different Chips, Different power supply, Different Materials. so the cost difference happend.
I have wriiten a very long emails about 500 words to explain this . Wish good luck.
I was really want to call my customer to check and read my email carefully.
But the phone is out of service . so what happend ?? Not happy for this .
I have to off work at 19:00 after the several try . No phone is working .
Bad day today !!! I felt depressed.
But anyway, "Tomorrow is another day !! " So it must be a good start . Come on!!

Daily English-03.02
Today is Friday. the last working day of this week.
Usually, we will have a sales meeting in the afternoon!
Everyone need to prepare the weekly report for this meeting.
Also the General manager will give some suggestion to each person.
At then end, everyone will have a new plan for next week . This is All.
There is an exciting news that it will be a free telephone charge month for March.
So we can phone all the customers anytime anywhere in the office.
So It`s a good idea that i should make a customer list before i start the calling.
Then i can follow up the calling one by one . It will be more effective i think.
Yes, It should be like this . As the old saying : Think before action.
