加拿大外贸
由于刚开始做外贸，很多不懂，请教以下条款是什么意思：1. Should M.T.T (客户的简称) find it necessary to put the purchase order on hold, or to reduce delivery rate, for reasons (other than the fault of the supplier) M.T.T is not liable for more than 30days WIP of the last call-off rate.
2. the supplier grants M.T.T customer or their designated representative to verify product performance at the suppliers premises. We confirm full acceptance of this purchase order and will deliver to your the above described item(s) at the prices and terms specifed herien and upon the condition printed on the attached documents.
3. CANCELLATION. M.T.T may cancel an order at any time for its convenience and without cause. Upon cancellation, M.T.T only liability and Seller exclusive remedy will be to pay for comforming Goods which have been deliverd prior to the date of cancellation, subject to M.T.T acceptance and to each of the other applicable provisions of this Agreement and work in process on custom (i.e., Non-standard) Goods which cannot be diverted to another customer. The parties, if any, applicable to the work in process, and upon payment, M.T.T will have the right to direct the disposition of that work including raw materials, piece parts, and partially completed items. M.T.T may withdraw its cancellation and require Seller to complete the manufacture or assembly and delivery of conformine Goods. In no event will price of any partially completed Goods, with related materials and parts, exceed the price that would have been payable under an order if the Goods had been completed.
