3. Every party can cancel this contract only by important reason. An important reason is for example, quality is so bad, that min. 5% of the delivered cameras have to be repaired or when payment is not made during 4 weeks after order at 2 orders within 6 months or one party hurts the secret agreement and so on.

只有出于重要的原因,双方才能取消订单。重要的原因指的是，举例来说,品质很差，交付的不少于5%的照相机必须进行更换,或者是6个月内，交付了2个订单，而第一个订单的货款超过规定期限4周还没有支付( payment is not made during 4 weeks after order at 2 orders within 6 months 这句话很让人费解，语法上不通啊）或者是一方损害了双方的保秘协定，等等。
