遇到个美国客户，我问的问题都被忽视。今天直接发来了PO。
我们做的是FOB SHANGHAI
他的delivery条款上有些东西很难理解，我贴出来请赐教：
ATTENTION: Traffic Manager / Customer Service
Unless terms of sale are on a delivered basis or full freight allowed, the routing instructions will be as follows:
A. 1 - 149 Ibs.
Shipments to 客户公司大概地址 go UPS GROUND COLLECT TO Shipper number 515-723
Shipments to all other 客户名称 locations go UPS GROUND COLLECT THIRD PARTY BILLING Shipper
number515-723. Package and letter air freight to be shipped UPS COLLECT or UPS THIRD PARTY COLLECT
as described above. The 客户公司名称 purchase order number must appear on Each UPS Shipping Label.
B. 150+ lbs
In all instances where客户公司名称 is responsible for payment of freight services, terms of sale are Freight
Collect. Contact nearest dispatch office of Dayton Freight Lines at 1(800) 860-5102 in the event Dayton does not
service your location please contact Newgistics Freight Services at 1(800) 426-8896 Ext. 4 for an alternate
carrier. Any bill of lading should instruct carrier to bill charges to:
客户公司名称 - C5874 %Newgistics Freight Services

Reference: 客户公司名称 Order Number
Failure to follow these instructions will result in a charge-back of the difference in freight costs incurred
by 客户名称 plus a $25.00 administration fee. Any questions, problems, or concerns call Logistics
