我有一个客户，订单每次都是10台左右，每个月下2-3次订单，走的都是客户的联邦快递。根据客户这一情况，我想建议客户下一个100台左右的订单作为备货，这样不但可以为客户节省运费，也不用为交期而烦恼。以下是我准备给客户写的邮件，请各位老师帮忙指正。谢谢！“我们根据贵司的需求情况，建议你们对常用的17寸显示器备一些库存,例如购买100台作为库存,这样不但能为你们节省运费，而且可以满足你们客户的紧急需求，在价格方面我可以适当的给予优惠。”
According to your demand, we recommend that you commonly used 17'' monitor to prepare some stock, such as to buy 100 units in stock, it can not only help you save freight,but also to meet your customers urgent needs, in terms of price, I may be appropriate to give concessions.

According to your demand, we recommend that you can prepare some stock of 17'' monitor used commonly ,i.e. stocking 100 units in ur warehouse ,which can not only save ur freight,but also to meet your urgent need . in terms of price, I will be approprate to give u some discoscount.

我觉得用 询问的方式比较合适。毕竟你跟客人算是比较熟了。
Hi xxx , as per the needs of the market,Is it possible to order 100 pcs 17'' monitor per month? . l think it is nice to prepare some pcs in stock to meet your urgent need.In this case, Not only save a lot of freight charge, and also will have some dicscount on the unit price.
