我们有家印度的客户,已经接了客户订单并已回复了交期,交期已经过了半个月,我们老板突然说取消这个订单,请高手指教下我该怎么跟客户讲评论

1. notifying the indian with the results your boss made
2. appology, appology, and appology
3. explain, explain and explain
4. any compensation(s) you can offer, or any other option(s) /solution(s) you can offer to minimize the loss to the indian ...be polite
5. do your best to minimize the impact taking to your company, financially and your reputation in case your boss wanna stay in the field
by the way, never show him your bottom line
