客人回的邮件,这要求?晕,我该如何回?请教高手WARRANTY :
We are not interested in warranty, for us this only a sales medium and at the moment when the product is Not good or has failures, it takes too long and cost a fortune to replace it. ( have more than 10 years expereince in this )
So we only request by every order a 2-3% addional product (replacement ) by every order. We donot want to loose clients, we are serving our clients, with the best led product all the time.

也可以啊 就是每次他订货的时候你多发一些出来 但是你可以跟他说 钱得他先付 没有问题的话 多出来的货款就不退了,如果确实有问题你们确认无误,退相应数量的款或者做为下一批货的货款
