下面这是在网上看到的西门子的说明书，我做标记的地方少了主语，是语法错误吗？还是翻译说明书可以简化？如果这里的指示灯都是绿色，并且硅钢带已经穿过导轨，则说明剪切条件已经具备。这时可以手动送料到45度剪刀处，执行剪片头动作。然后通过操作台上的按钮就可以执行自动剪切了。如果有指示灯为红色请根据浮动提示中的提示，进行相应的检查、处理，直至指示灯变为绿色。
If all the light here is green and silicon steal strip is crossed through guide rail, this show that cutting condition is accomplished. AT this time can feed manually to the 45 angle shear to implement strip head cutting action, then automatic cutting can be implemented through operation panel button. If red light appears, please do corresponding check, dispose according to the float prompt until all lights turn green.

还是同一个说明书里面的语法错误，两个谓语动词。说明书翻译可以这样吗
