帮我看看下面句话英语怎么翻译好啊?我们的样品仅仅是在长度上短了些, 但我们认为已经可以作为客户的参考依据了. 所以能否不用再次提供样品?
事情原由:
我们公司已经给客户提供过样品了, 但客户提出他们在长度上搞错了, 原来要求3米的线样, 现在需要4米了. 但其他东西都不变. 而我司不想再重复提供样品, 认为3米的线样已经足够作为参考用了. 我怎么样委婉地表达我的意思好?

Is it possible for you to test the sample as it is?The only problem is that our sample is 3meters long while the one you prefer
is 4meters.In no way this length difference should affect your testing.We will be happy to provide goods in 4meters after
