后面红色字体的翻译，我还是不是很明白，对我们供应商来说有风险吗？总的付款方式我可以理解为40% 定金，50% 客户收发票正本后，即期信用证付款。剩下的10% 是出货45天后付款？后面红色字体，客户到底强调的是什么意思？

我们公司的政策是要求和收集任何首付释放性能债券支付是国际标准形式。所有的首付将授予供应商的银行和它的有效期直到完全执行协议。
