5.3 Obligations on confidentiality and non-usage of information imposed on Forwarder by present Contract shall not be applied to information available to all and to information which was disclosed not due to Forwarder’s fault.6.4 Neither of the Parties is liable to comply the Contract if there is a force-majeure situation, that occurs after the Contract has been made as a result of the events of emergency disposition, which none of the Parties could either foresee or prevent. If such circumstances appear then the Parties can postpone the execution of ones for the time being.
6.4 如在本合同签订后发生不可预见性和无法避免的,不可抗力事件,双方都可以不遵守此合同或者可以暂时推迟执行本合同

5.3 当前合同项下货代对于信息的保密和不使用责任不适于对所有人都公开的信息和不是货代责任，而被揭露的信息。
6.4 对于合同签定之后,由于应急处置事宜而发生的双方不可预见的,或无法避免的不可抗力事件，双方对合同不负履行责任。如果出现此种情形，双方可以暂时推迟执行本合同。
