客人从我地方定了一批是订单的货，谁知道他现在找了个代理公司出这票货，代理公司负责报关和托运，那我们这边不是少了退税的那部分嘛，所以我要写个邮件告诉他，货代他可以自己找，但是报关一定要我们自己报关，这样才能出口退税，基本情况是这样，各位大仙帮忙我翻译下！！！！！评论

customs clearance has to be done under our own name for the tax purpose.
我想出口退税发果客人不明白的话，就不要说了吧，就用for the tax purpose就可以了。
