给英国客户的回复 实在不知道怎么组织语言大致意思是这样的

你的样品我已经给我们的技术部了 技术部跟我商量说 你要求的钢管没有现货 需要重新开模具 但是重新开模的话原料厂家得起码一吨才能开模具生产 我们手上有直径12mm厚度1mm的现货 我建议使用我们的现货 这样不用开模具 另外你对钢管的具体要求是什么 我们可以根据你的要求加工
另外管夹也没有相同的 需要重新开模具生产 费用大约是600美金
但是我建议可以看一下附件中的管夹 跟样品是类似的 只需要改动模具 这样可以减少你们的费用 希望你可以考虑下我的建议

thank you for your email and sorry for my late reply.
I have got your samples and passed to the engineer departments, I has been told that the PIPE you need have no stock, we need to make a new moulds to produce it but have to order more than 1 TON. we suggest to use D12mm and Thickness 1mm which are on on stock and no need tooling charges.

I have communicated with the technique department that there isn’t the pipe you need now, if reproduce the mold, it is need 1t for the raw material manufacturer to produce. But now we have the spot which diameter is 12 mm and thickness is 1mm. I suggest that you could use our existing product. And is there any require for the pipe? We can machining it with your demand.
What’s more, there isn’t the same clip, so it is need to reproduce the mold, and the price is about 600$.
Besides, please look at the clip in the attachment, which is similar with the sample and only need to change the mold so that can reduce the costs. Hope you could consider my proposal. Thanks for your time.

Well received your email and sorry for my late reply.
Our technicians find nothing in stock available after studying your sample. We will need a new mold for your pipe if your want it exactly the same as the sample. To get the mold reopened, there will be a MOQ of 1 ton from our raw material supplier. Here is our pipe just available and much alike yours: dimensions are 12mm at diameter and 1mm at thickness.
And the clamp is in a similar situation. Cost of a new mold is about USD600. I have enclosed a clamp which is similar to your sample. Only some slightly modifications on the mold are needed.
Please take your consideration and have a try of our products. It would save your pounds.
