同时要求支付等同于合同金额30%的货款作为罚金,此项权力也可以通过保留Proposer(这应该是楼主的公司，是进口方吧）可能已经支付的定金直至达到此罚金金额来解决。也有权力要求偿付所有的合同费用，包括....

如果买方未能或延迟支付货款，由此产生的滞纳利息由买方承担。起期日从付款到期日起计,计算依据为付款时意大利实时官方贴现率，加上百分之"X"。总的滞纳利息总是比1996年3月,法令7第108号和2000年12月20日法令，394号以及随后的年度修订法令所规定的限额低1%。同时不排除卖方可以采取他认为的最合适的保护其自身利益的行为，包括暂停其质保义务，也不排除卖方可以修改买卖双方已经同意了的付款条款的权利。
