Attached is the confidentiality agreement , pls send the signed scanned copy on plan paper with following documents for verification. After our confirmation send the hard copy to us.a) List of Directors on company letter head : Scanned signatures will not do. It should be physically signed by the person against name.
b) Board Resolution: It should also be printed on letterhead and physically signed .
c) Business Registration Certificate : for Address proof
d) Authorization letter on letter head for the signing authority

附件是保密协议，请提供在白纸上已经签名的扫描件，随同下列单据以便审核。在我方确认之后，提供硬拷贝件给我们。
a.公司抬头纸上打上董事名单:不允许提供签名的扫描件，每个董事应该在名字下手签。
b.董事会决议:应该打印在公司抬头纸上,手签。
c.商业注册证书（也就是营业执照):进行地址校验
d.签署授权人的授权证书，打在公司抬头纸上。
