太直接回复要客户直接付钱也不好，可能会有点伤感情。
或许你可以这样问他: 因为大货已经生产完成储存在仓库了，能不能不改变包装？ 如果改变包装，我们担心可能造成产品的伤害，另外改变包装也会增加许多成本，产品的价格就要增加。
Can we keep the old package since the mass production had finished and the cargoes were stocked in warehouse ? If we have to change the package , the products may get hurts. And change package will cost a lot so we have to rise the price.
如果客户真的需要改变包装，那他基本会同意你增加价格。（有时候改变包装是必须的，可能之前的包装侵权啊，没有认证啊之类的）
