as promised in my below e-mail we would like to let you know the status about the defective/returned rate for the mortars from your first shipment which we received in a bad condition.Until end of Dec. 2013 we got back:
- 43 pcs of the mortar called “Trento” and
- 35 pcs of the mortar called “Merano”
It’s better than I expected – but for sure we will get further returns the next couple of month.
Nevertheless you already got a new order from Andreas beg. of the December ( = …0654K) and the shipment is confirmed for beg. of April 2014. Pls ensure that we will never get products look like the pictures I sent to you!!
Pls also replace the a.m. quantities free of charge with the same shipment!!! …and confirm it by return
