条款全文如下
Subject to the transfer of Target Shares to ‘Party B’ and the registration at Ajman Free Zone Authority, the entire amount of AED 10,800,000/- being the Consideration for acquiring the Target Shares of the Company shall be paid by ‘Party B’ or a third party designated by ‘Party B’ to Mr. A.

TARGET是美国的一个连锁超市，这边TARGET SHARES可能更可能的目标股份。
根椐将目标股份转让到乙方以及阿吉曼自由贸易区管理当局的要求,对于采购公司目标股份的总金额一仟零捌拾万迪拉姆（阿联酋的货币),应该由乙方或乙方指定的第三方支付给..先生。
