客户写信告诉我，他因为骑自行车膝盖受了伤，并且写信告诉我：Do not feel sad about my injury, I deserve no sympathy it is self inflicted. If I did not do these silly things my joints would not complain. One day I will remember I am no longer 25 years old. Besides it feels a lot better today. I had some acupuncture yesterday & it worked well.请问我该怎么回复他比较好？感觉真诚又有点小幽默

客户主要是发牢骚，说些感同身受的话，主要是聊聊别让他消极，感觉自己不在年轻，什么的，说些鼓励赞扬的话，感觉老外都比较喜欢赞美
