特别报歉，外箱破损如此严重, 可能是路上或海关验货导致. 超过21KG的货，我们在发货的时候都会做加强纸箱包装，避免纸箱到达目的地破损。。我们一定会避免这种情况的发生.货物没有破损吧外？

So sorry that the box demaged so terrible,it may caused by custom.we do the extra protect to avoid box demage which goods over 21 KG .

We want to make our sincere apology for the severe damage of the outer case which is probably caused by careless inspection at the customs or along the way. As to the goods that weigh over 21kg, we usually make reinforced carton case to load before delivery to avoid damage. We'll promise such a case will not repeat again. Moreover, please kindly let us know if some goods are damaged?
