语法问题...完整的应该是You are the one (that is) responsible for...括号中的省略了。
You are the one is responsible for...是错误表达，同一句子中怎么可以有两个be 动词？that 不能少。

我不觉的这句话有问题，如果你觉得要把它变为that is, 那么愿意就变了，语法也不完全正确啊。如果要变从句得从其他地方着手变动句子。

我说的是若改成“You are the one is responsible for..."就有问题了。
