觉得很有趣，在学习东西的同时又能收获乐趣，就突然也很想在这个伴我慢慢成长的地方留下点痕迹。
想留一下自己的座右铭的，很久没用了，又突然想不起来。

A potential client V from England :
V inquired one of our products couple weeks ago as a middle man for Indian people.
I sent quotation to him and received his call few minutes later :
V: Hi Cherry . How are you.
C: Hi V, I am fine , thank you . What about you .
V : I am surviving.
在中国，恐怕大部分的同学在遇到这个问题的时候一般都会回答： i am fine too。
但V却来了一句 i am surviving ， 很巧妙。
作为第一个跟大家分享的，希望能踊跃加入讨论交流。

I shipped out a container last month , the customer received it yesterday , but found that there are so many pieces of glasses are being broken .
Hasn't received any further response from the client yet ?

Banks always charge handling fees from both sides .
Following are the conversation history between one of my Australia client B & me C:
C: Here i have a request that pls pay the bank handling charge at your side cause when you pay to our bank , they charge quite a lot handling charge from our account .
B: Cherry, with all previous transactions I have made certain i pay all my bank handling charges. your bank should not charge you, I transfer money in HKD.
C: So we can see that banks are bad guys.
I can see your slip that you pay all , but they also charge from us .
We receive HKD 13254.54 in total .
Pls never mind what i request , sorry and bad banks.
