加拿大外贸
事情是这样的。。客户想索赔一批零件,但是这批损坏零件的订单都是10年的,明显已经过了索赔的实效了,但是客户依然坚持他们的观点,请问该如何果断拒绝。自己粗略想了下,请大家帮忙看看有什么可以做改动的。谢谢

we regret for the loss you have suffered, for the claim of the damage parts, it is clearly that the shipment have been received for a long long time. so the claim cannot be accepted which is not in accordance with aftersales agreement. i sincerely hope that you can understand.
if there is incomformity like less quantity or damage when you receive the goods later, please kindly take a photo about parts and outer packing at once, then notice us at the first time. and we will reply you and handle the claim immediately.

However, we will do our best to prevent such things from happening again, if there is inconformity like less quantity or damage when you receive the goods in future, please kindly take the photo of parts and outer packing at the first time, ASAP give me the mail, I will handle it immediately and give the prompt reply.
