求大神翻译，看不懂啊。原文如下：minimum strip size of 10½"wX1¼h with the word "WARNING" at he top left in Garamond Bold Condensed type face, all in capital letters at a height 11/16"(underlined);followed by a colon; followed to the right by the body of the warning message in 12/16 point ITC Garamond Bold Condense type face with the first letter of each word capitalized. Elements are to be at the specified spacing.
