投诉有效期为收货后30天内。投诉检测报告的出具方应当得到我方认可。所有不良品按退货方式处理。 货款无条件结算与投诉赔偿须区别对待。

Balance 同等于REST
一笔款项Payment 客人会先预付一些。。比如30% 等等。。出货完提供提单扫描件之类的给客人安排剩下的就是Balance 余额

这里的出具方应该是指第三方了，不过通常投诉都不会直接找第三方出报告的（那可是要花钱的, ），除非是买卖双方有争执，非得找“裁判”公论， 否则客户一般会直接把投诉问题说明，发图片或寄样板。后面就是看你们是怎样去判定责任和赔偿了。
