(2) This is to introduce...as...兹介绍 为
This is to introduce the Pacific Corporation as an exporter of light industrial products having business relations with more than 70 countries in the world.
(3) to write to introduce 写信介绍
We write to introduce ourselves as an exporter of fresh water pearls having many years, experience in this particular line of business.
(4) to inform sb. that...告知某人
We are pleased to inform you that we handle a wide range of electric fans.
(5) to take the liberty of doing sth. 冒昧地作自我介绍
We take the liberty to write to you with a view to doing business with you.
(6) to own one’s name and address to...承蒙 告知
We owe your name and address to Italian Commercial Bank who has informed us that you are in the market for ball-bearing.
(7) to be transferred (forwarded) to...for attention 转交 •••处理
Your inquiry has been forwarded to us for attention from the Commercial Counselor’s Office of the Chinese Embassy in Rome.
(8) through the courtesy of...感谢/承蒙 的推荐和介绍
Through the courtesy of the Paris Chamber of Commerce, we have your name as a firm who is interested in doing business with us.
3. 从事/经营某行业\某业务
(1) specialize in /be specialized in 专门经营
Our company specializes in importing arts and crafts for many years.
(2) in the line of从事某行、某业务
We have been for many years in the textile lines.
(3) deal in经营(商品),后接商品名称 They deal in leather shoes.
4. for your reference; for your guidance; for your information; for your consideration; for your perusal供贵方参考
We are enclosing here with a catalogue and a price-list for your reference.
5. enter into/set up/open up/build up/establish business relations/ business connections 建立贸易关系
6. place an order with sb. for sth.向某人订购
If your prices are competitive, we shall be pleased to place an order with you for gloves.
有关订单的表达法:
(1) place an order for a large quantity (of)大量订购
(2) regular order 长期订货
(3) trial order 试单
(4) first/ initial order 首笔订单
(5) substantial order 大宗订单
