第一次出单,结果快递把货物弄坏了,真不幸运,现在和客户还有货代公司协商,产品要核实才能赔偿,以下我和客户打算讲的内容:“货代公司已经在处理了,因为要核实,所以没有那么快,请耐心等待,顺便问问到时,赔偿款下来了,你想如何处理呢?直接赔偿到你那边,还是赔到我方,我再重新给你发货呢”我的翻译:“Freight company have been deai with, as needing to be verify the damage, so need time, please keep more patient, by the way ,when indemnity down, how do you want to deal with? Directly give to you,or send to me ,then I re shipped to you."
本人感觉很不顺,谢谢大家了

由于货柜超重了,可否将另外一个PO里面的100箱货物放在不超重的这个柜子里面,这样既可以充分利用了40GP的空间,也避免超重,怎么翻译,谢谢

The freight forwarder is dealing with the indemnity. Since it needs time to verify, pls be more patient. I will inform you as soon as i get the info. BTW, how will you deal with the indemnity? Do you want to get it directly or you want it to be sent to us so that we will re-ship to you?

Here is one problem. This container is overweight.
We suggest to move 100 cartons of goods n this container to another 40GP container which is not overloaded. On one hand, it solves the problem; On the other hand, it will fully use the room of the 40GP container.
What do you say?

BTW, when the indemnity is recived, you want to get it directly or sent to us then we deliver new goods to you.

关于这单理赔, 我个人认为楼主不要这样问"赔偿款下来了,你想如何处理呢?直接赔偿到你那边,还是赔到我方,我再重新给你发货呢",
首先是要理清你们三者关系,正确的关系应该是货代直接对你方,你方直接对客户,即是货代一旦赔偿下来,款额应该是直接打到你方,再由你方与客户沟通如何处理,要么退货款要么补货。
其次,要与客户真诚沟通,看人家是要补货还是要退款,因为有些客户真的是急要货的,你不能等货代赔偿款下来才给人家补过去,服务的好坏快慢会影响业务量的。如果客户真的急需补货,你自己要打内部报告向领导申请了。这样你可以一边等货代那边赔偿,一边采取办法去稳住客户
