Pls kindly refer to attached LCL report and attend the highlighted area in yellow. It is confirmed that one package is missing after checking with the co-shipper. I already asked them to try to locate where it might get lost . I would appreciate if your will help explain the case to the customer. If they should write to claim this, I will assist to file it to the co-shipper. Tks.
