我们的产品,测试公司由客人指定,测试费也客人承担。但是有时候测试费很贵,客人会要求我们承担一半。我们本来利润就很低,最多也只能承担100美金。这次产品测试费要2000美金,客人叫我们承担1000美金。但是测试费太高了,我们也没法承担。如何用英语委婉的拒绝比较好。
请大家提供一些写法,我经常性碰到这样的问题,但写的生硬了怕伤到客人,所以请大家支招如何委婉的回复。

Dear Sir,
According to our company's policy, we won't be undertaking any charge for doing test from a third party designated by customer. It is very very low profiit for doing business on our side. We really can't accept this high testing charge . However, in order to maintain a long-term business relationship between us, we might consider to share USD100.
Pls advise.

We can't afford one half of testing fee,we have cut our profit to the lowest point in order for further coorperation,as usual,the customers afford all the testing fee from their special testing company,it may cost 2000usd this time,to show our sincerity,we will afford 100usd.

I'm so sorry to tell you we can't undertake the half texting fee of 1000usd.
As you know, we quote you the price so competitive with lowest profit .
And according to our company policy, we has never charged or shared the taxting fee because of our price too lower to own profit. So, pls understand us.
But we can afford only 100usd based on long time cooperation !

Never we will accept such unreasonable charges ! We may discuss testing charges for coming orders.
