pls take taxi to Hai Chuan Road,NO 808(which is KFC) in the morning on Oct.23,I'll pick you in there at 9:30am.How do you think?If I pick you in your hotel,that will cost more than one half hours cuz of the terrible traffic.it will saves much time if you can take taxi to the place which I offer to you.
猜测楼主的意思是不想去酒店接客户，因为太花时间了，让客户打的到工厂附近，然后接他，这样能省很多时间吧。

不如改成这样：You know the traffic is so terrible in the morning,if I pick you in your hotel that will costs 1.5 hours.So could you take taxi to Hai Chuan Road,NO 808(which is KFC) in the morning on Oct.23,I'll pick you in there,that will save much time.
