It is too early for you. Believe it or not, practicing written English is more important and practical than working on spoken English for Chinese students.
Start with VOA practices to build up vocabulary. In the meantime, focus on sentences, not words.

talk with friends who speak good oral English, and if you can find native speaker, that will be better.

The underlying principle is that listening skills and spoken skills develop in pair. In contrast, reading and writing skills make another pair.
Try the following.
1. Listen to video or audio that comes with text. The source must be from qualified English speakers. e.g. movie, drama, news.
2. Read the text aloud. Follow the source strictly from tone to speed.
3. Repeat until you are 100% matched with the source.
