事情是这样的,给客人的一批货品出了点问题,现在有1000件客人要求重做,但是公司本来就没有什么利润,中间要求加点价格也没加上去。现在货有点小问题,我想表达说,我们可以承担20%,这样处理我们也会有很大的损失,因为订单本来就不挣钱。
主要是为了以后的长久合作才不惜成本这样处理的。
我写了几句,然后删掉,总是感觉表达不出来要表达的意思,拜托大侠们帮我润色下~~

总而言之,既然的确出现了质量问题,不管客人能否接受上述述建议,楼主还是要顾全大局,妥善处理好这件事。

我之前有和客人建议过试着卖一下这1000多件产品,毕竟只是颜色浅了些。
但是他没同意,因为她们卖的是自己的品牌。
我现在和他说我们可以安排重新做,但是我们只能做20%的数量,剩下的看看他自己是否承担,如果还是不行,我再和客人说说,让他把这部分贱卖,看看行不行~~
