（刷锡机，贴片机，烘干机，贴胶机）
1、 在电路板上镀锡膏 （对整齐）
2、 贴电阻、贴贴片（5050—一个电阻一个贴片、3528---一个电阻三个贴片）
3、 过热：把贴在电路板上的电阻和贴片以及锡膏受热加温固定下来，连接好。
4、 焊接：把受热后的电路板分条拆下，有电烙铁焊接在一起，顺便检查贴片是否亮。如 果不亮，及时修补上。
5、 老化（测试），顺便贴上双面胶，如果产品有问题，再返回焊接处返工。
6、 镀环氧树脂：AC胶、水晶胶、真空机使水晶胶不含气泡。
